Vincent Ornelas is an Executive IT Engineer with more than a decade of experience supporting leadership within high-growth technology and financial organizations. During his time at SpaceX, Vincent served in executive technology roles throughout the company's most transformative periods, providing direction during the early development of Starbase and other expanding technology initiatives. Currently, he serves as an Executive Support Engineer at Citadel, where he provides support within one of the world's leading financial institutions. His expertise spans technology operations, enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence integration, and strategy.

Mr. Ornelas has been appointed as an Independent Director of Suntex Enterprises, where he contributes strategic oversight in technology governance, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and operational excellence.
